• Promoter and chairperson Rashmi Agrawal allotted 10,00,000 equity shares (3.25%) at ₹45.65/share on preferential basis. • Allotment price includes face value of ₹10 and premium of ₹35.65 per share. • Pre-acquisition holding was 47,00,092 shares (16.10%); post-allotment holding rises to 57,00,092 shares (18.55%). • Equity share capital increases from ₹291.95 Cr to ₹307.25 Cr after the allotment. • Allotment approved in board meeting on 13.10.2026.
