ORSL : WINS 5TH BPCL EPCOM CONTRACT WORTH RS 50-100 CR; BPCL ORDER BOOK AT RS 350-500 CR

• Wholly owned subsidiary Solapur Bioenergy Systems (SBESPL) secures 5th large-scale EPCOM contract from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) • Scope covers EPC and O&M of an organic municipal solid waste-based compressed biogas plant at Bhilai, Chhattisgarh • Contract classified as large-scale order, in the ₹50-100 Cr value band; cumulative BPCL order book now ₹350-500 Cr • Scope includes project management, licensing, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and performance guarantee testing • Commissioning within 15 months from Letter of Acceptance; PGTR within 3 months of commissioning or 18 months from LOA • Followed by 5 years of O&M from commissioning
