• Framework Agreement with a domestic EPC contractor to jointly pursue nuclear power sector opportunities in India • Covers ongoing and upcoming projects of public and private sector developers across PHWR, LWR and SMR • Packages in focus: Nuclear Island (primary piping) and Turbine Island (secondary cycle piping and light water systems) • DEEDEV to act as strategic partner for pre-bid support, design and engineering, manufacturing, supply and sourcing of piping products • Products covered include pipes, pipe fittings, piping spools and forged pipes • Framework Agreement is not an order by itself; business arises only when projects are awarded to the EPC contractor and definitive commercial terms are agreed
