NOVATEOR : SIGNS EXCLUSIVE SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH PIDILITE

• Novateor Research Laboratories entered into a Supply Agreement dated October 15, 2026, with Pidilite Industries • Company engaged on an exclusive basis for development, manufacture, packing and supply of enzyme-based formulation products • Products covered are Aligner Cleaning Foam and Tooth Brightening Strips, marketed under the brand name determined by Pidilite • Agreement valid three years from October 15, 2026, renewable for further periods by mutual written agreement • Agreement does not specify a fixed aggregate contract value or minimum purchase commitment; pricing per purchase orders • Expected to strengthen the Company's presence in the oral care and personal care products segment
