• Company paid ₹1.25 Cr to M/s Lotus Builders as full and final settlement under the settlement agreement • Settlement relates to previously disclosed dispute between Lotus Builders and Syschem (India) Limited • Company will file applications before NCLT for withdrawal/disposal of the pending matter • Expected financial implication is the settlement amount paid in full and final settlement as per agreement • Company will intimate stock exchange on further developments, including NCLT order disposing the matter
