VRAJ : GREENFIELD STEEL PLANT TOR ADDENDUM — ADDS 32 MW WHRB, 28 MW FBC POWER PLANTS, BRICKS UNIT

Adds 32 MW wHRB power plant (phase 1: 16 MW, phase 2: 16 MW) and 28 MW FBC power plant (phase 1: 8 MW, phase 2: 20 MW) as part of the project. Bricks manufacturing unit phase 1 at 24,000 bricks/day and phase 2 at 40,000 bricks/day also forms part of the project. Fresh Terms of Reference granted by MoEF&CC on October 14, 2026 for the greenfield steel plant; all other details in the earlier intimation remain unchanged.
