• Wholly owned subsidiary Sterling Holiday Resorts (SHRL) opens Sterling Vanyatara Tadoba in Maharashtra's Chimur region • Designed as an intimate 18-key wilderness retreat with access to five safari gates of the Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve (Alizanza, Madnapur, Shirkheda, Belara, Shedegaon), subject to permits • Room mix: Indulge Rooms with Sit-out, Forest Villas with private lawns, and Two-Bedroom Villas; plus swimming pool, spa and outdoor areas • Adds Tadoba to Sterling's existing Pench and Tipeshwar presence, enabling a Pench-Tadoba-Tipeshwar forest circuit for travellers • SHRL portfolio spans more than 70 destinations with over 4000 keys operational; company is a 100% independently managed subsidiary of Thomas Cook (India), part of Fairfax Financial Holdings
