• MOU with Carnation Hotels Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, to operate 10 hotel projects comprising 4,000 keys • Projects entail estimated investment of approximately ₹4,000 Cr; part of Omaxe's ₹6,200 Cr hospitality expansion announced in June 2026 • Expansion envisages 19 hotels across five states; these 10 projects span Lucknow, Vrindavan, Amausi, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Amritsar, Kaushambi and Faridabad • Properties to be operated under Lemon Tree Hotels' brand portfolio, catering to a mix of hospitality segments • Sale-led development model; Omaxe expects to fund completion through sales proceeds without loan funding • Timelines expected to range from nine months to five years, depending on individual development
