• Entered MOU with Carnation Hotels Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, to operate 10 hotel projects comprising 4,000 keys • 10 projects entail estimated investment of approximately ₹4,000 Cr across Lucknow, Vrindavan, Amausi, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Amritsar, Kaushambi and Faridabad • Part of Omaxe's previously announced ₹6,200 Cr hospitality expansion envisaging 19 hotels across five states • Properties to be operated under Lemon Tree Hotels' brand portfolio and cater to a mix of hospitality segments • Projects follow sale-led development model, with Omaxe expecting to fund completion through sales proceeds without loan funding
