• Company declares default on loan obligations to Bank of Baroda and Bank of Maharashtra for over 30 days • Bank of Maharashtra cash credit account: ₹9.51 Cr overdue as on 15/10/2026, default continuing since 17/10/2025 • Bank of Baroda cash credit account: ₹6.06 Cr overdue as on 15/10/2026, default continuing since 20/10/2025 • Total overdue across both accounts ~₹15.57 Cr • Company states it is making arrangements to pay the overdue amount as soon as possible
