• Company made further investment of ₹78.01 L in subsidiary Boutonniere Hospitality Private Limited (BHPL) • Subscribed to 52,383 fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹10 each at ₹148.92 per share on private placement basis • Shareholding in BHPL increased from ~95.99% to 96.17% of paid-up share capital • BHPL continues to remain a subsidiary of the Company
