Ltd. has remitted a total of USD 64.49 million (approx ₹611.50 Cr) towards allotment and exercise of 74,00,000 warrants • Latest remittance of USD 34.99 million (~₹332.51 Cr) received on October 16, 2026, with request to exercise warrants into equivalent number of equity shares • Earlier receipt of INR 2,750.95 million (~₹275.10 Cr) on June 18, 2026 towards subscription of 74 lakh convertible warrants • 34,964 warrants exercised; equity shares allotted on August 14, 2026 against INR 38.99 million (~₹3.90 Cr) • Latest tranche covers approx. 29.81 million warrants; equity allotment subject to USD-INR conversion, intimation to follow
