• ArMee Infotech incorporated ArMee MH BESS Renewable Energy Private Limited (CIN U35105GJ2026PTC185164) as a wholly owned subsidiary • MCA issued the certificate of incorporation on October 16, 2026; received by the company the same day at 10.23 a.m. IST • WOS set up as a special purpose vehicle to develop solar power projects; business covers solar generation, transmission, sale of electricity, EPC and manufacturing of solar and energy storage equipment • Parent subscribed to 100% of initial paid-up capital in cash; paid-up capital ₹10 L (1,00,000 equity shares of ₹10 face value) • Board of Directors approved the incorporation at its meeting held on September 28, 2026
