GULFPETRO : ISSUES CORRIGENDUM TO POSTAL BALLOT NOTICE
OCD conversion price revised to ₹62.09/share from ₹62.27; conversion ratio revised to 16,105 equity shares per OCD. Proposed allottee's post-preferential issue shareholding at 3.06%; issue and conversion will not result in any change in control or management. Remote e-voting open till October 31, 2026; members who already voted may modify votes by email to the Scrutinizer. All other terms of the Postal Ballot Notice dated September 30, 2026 remain unchanged.
