• Varroc Engineering Limited approved acquisition of 45% equity stake in Forsee Power India Private Limited for up to €4.5 million. • The investment comprises primary and secondary issuance of equity shares and subscription to optionally convertible redeemable preference shares. • Forsee is engaged in manufacturing of battery pack systems for electric mobility applications. • Forsee's FY26 revenue stood at ₹18.84 Cr (unaudited). • Transaction completion subject to fulfillment of conditions precedent and other terms in SSPA. • Information placed on company website www.varroc.com
