MAURIA UDYOG : SAT REJECTS DEBARMENT STAY ; 50% OF ₹19.68 CR TO BE DEPOSITED WITH SEBI

• SAT rejected interim prayer for stay of the 5-year debarment imposed by SEBI • Stay on recovery of penalty and disgorgement granted subject to deposit of 50% of both with SEBI within four weeks from October 8, 2026 • SEBI June 30, 2026 final order directed 5-year debarment, disgorgement of ₹18.68 Cr (jointly and severally with other noticees) and ₹1 Cr penalty • SEBI to place the deposited amount in an interest bearing account • Alleged violation: lapses under SEBI Act, 1992 and PFUTP Regulations, 2003 relating to manipulation of price and volume of the company's equity shares • Company states no material impact on financials, operations or other activities beyond the deposit
