DIAMINESQ : SUBSIDIARY RECEIVES APPCB CONSENT TO ESTABLISH SPECIALTY AMINES PLANT

• Wholly owned subsidiary DACL Fine Chem received CTE order No. 469/APPCB/CTE/RO-KKD/HO/2026 from Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board on October 15, 2026 • CTE is for the proposed plant for Specialty Amines and Chemicals at Thondandi (V & M), Kakinada District, Andhra Pradesh • Plant site covers Sy. Nos. 87, 88, 89, 91 and 92 to 102 • CTE is the primary permission to establish a manufacturing unit for new products and will contribute to start-up of the production facility • Approval valid for 7 years up to 14/10/2033
