EPL : PROMOTER EPSILON BIDCO SEEKS RECLASSIFICATION TO PUBLIC CATEGORY

Epsilon Bidco Pte. Ltd. sold its entire 26.37% stake (8.45 Cr equity shares) via on-market trades on 1 September 2026 and now holds nil; reclassification request under Regulation 31A to be placed before the Board at its ensuing meeting, subject to BSE and NSE approvals.
