• Company completes acquisition of additional 5.60% equity share capital of Heritage Novandie Foods Limited (HNFL) • Equity shares forming part of the acquisition credited to the company's demat account on October 16, 2026 • Shareholding in HNFL rises from 94.40% to 100% • HNFL becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of the company with effect from October 16, 2026 • HNFL is registered at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana
