SOLEX : PROPOSED PROMOTER SHAREHOLDERS' AGREEMENT LAPSES UNEXECUTED

Parties decided not to proceed with the proposed arrangement; it stands discontinued on expiry of the stipulated tenure on October 16, 2026. Agreement was aimed at internal re-alignment of shareholding within the promoter group, with Dr. Chetan Shah and other promoter entities as parties.
