• Company entered into a Property Agreement with M/s. M S Mody Builders and Developers for purchase of an immovable commercial property • Consideration of ₹10 Cr, exclusive of stamp duty, registration fees and other related expenses • Property has a carpet area of approx. 3,261.65 sq ft • Proposed acquisition is part of the company's business expansion plans and long-term strategic growth objectives • Board approval granted at its meeting held on 26th August, 2026
