• Company acquired balance 25% equity shareholding in BD&P Hotels (India) Private Limited on October 16, 2026 • Transaction executed under Share Purchase Agreement dated October 13, 2026 • Entire equity shareholding of BD&P Hotels is now held by the Company/its nominee • BD&P Hotels has accordingly become a wholly owned subsidiary of Advent Hotels International • Consideration is paid/payable by the Company as per timelines agreed under the SPA
