• Anuh Pharma signed an Asset Transfer Agreement to purchase the manufacturing facility of Vanquest Pharma Pvt Ltd (VPPL) at Tarapur, Palghar, Maharashtra • Purchase covers land, building, plant and machineries relating to manufacturing of APIs and intermediates • Agreed asset purchase value at ₹72.90 Cr, cash consideration excluding applicable taxes and fees • Expected to increase production by 525 MTPA and strengthen production capacity and market presence in quality APIs and intermediates
