• New corporate office inaugurated in Mumbai, spread across 25,600 sq ft • India becomes one of AstraZeneca's largest and most diverse global footprints, supporting commercial operations, site management and monitoring, technology, R&D and global business services • Company has introduced more than 25 new medicines and indications in India over the past three years • Currently running about 80 global clinical trials in the country • Workforce of nearly 5,000 colleagues across India; office to support talent and capability building • Therapy areas: Oncology, Biopharmaceuticals and Rare Disease
