• Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Indore quashed Show Cause Notice dated 25 August 2026 issued by Office of Joint Commissioner of State Tax, Ratlam Division, Indore • Proceedings initiated on the basis of the show cause notice have also been quashed • Company had challenged the notice under Section 74 of CGST Act, 2017 and MPGST Act, 2017 via writ petition • Earlier intimations to exchanges were dated 26 August 2026 and 25 September 2026
