• BSE and NSE granted in-principle approval for issue of 35.87 Cr warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares • Warrants priced at not less than ₹2.23 each, issued to promoters and non-promoters on preferential basis • Issue size works out to ~₹80 Cr (35.87 Cr warrants at ₹2.23 per share) • Convertible into equity shares of face value ₹1 each; same share count of 35,87,44,394 on conversion • Approval subject to listing application, statutory approvals and payment of applicable fees • Allottees must undertake no intra-day trading or sale in the scrip till allotment date
