JSL: WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 40% EQUITY STAKE IN OYSTER GREEN HYBRID FOUR

• Chromeni Steels Limited, JSL's wholly-owned subsidiary, acquired 40% equity stake in Oyster Green Hybrid Four Private Limited on October 16, 2026 • Oyster Green is an SPV with Oyster Renewable Energy to develop a 24 MW wind-solar hybrid captive project for CSL's plant • CSL committed up to ₹12.50 Cr aggregate; present tranche ₹1.25 Cr invested on milestone achievement, cash consideration • Project expected ~70 million units annually for captive use; commissioning expected by Q1 FY2027-28
