RBL BANK : GETS RBI NOD FOR AMALGAMATION OF EMIRATES NBD INDIA BRANCHES

• RBI approval letter dated October 16, 2026 sanctions the amalgamation under Section 44A(4) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 • RBL Bank is the transferee bank; Emirates NBD Bank P.J.S.C. is the transferor • Effective date of amalgamation is December 01, 2026 • All Indian branches of Emirates NBD Bank P.J.S.C. will function as branches of RBL Bank from December 01, 2026 • Follows the Bank's earlier communication dated November 12, 2025 on the transaction
