TVS SRICHAKRA : TO SPEND RS 49.20 CR ON LINE BALANCING, CAPACITY ADDITION

• Additional capex of ₹49.20 Cr for line balancing and debottlenecking, including augmentation of curing capacity • Facilities at Vellaripatti, Madurai (Tamil Nadu) and Rudrapur, Uttarakhand • Existing capacity 340-350 lakh tyres per annum, running at 85-90% utilisation • Proposed capacity addition of 6-7%, to come on stream in phases starting January 2027 • Funding via a mix of debt and equity; rationale is meeting growing demand for 2/3-wheeler tyres • Expenditure approved by the Managing Director on 17 October 2026 under delegated authority
