CHAMBAL : ACQUIRES 26% STAKE IN CLEAN MAX HACHI FOR RS 6 CR

• Signed Share Purchase Agreement on October 17, 2026 with Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions and Clean Max Hachi SPV • To acquire 26% stake in Clean Max Hachi Private Limited from existing shareholder Clean Max Enviro • Cash consideration up to ₹6 Cr for acquisition/subscription of 26% of paid-up capital • SPV will develop and operate a 5 MW hybrid wind-solar captive power facility in Rajasthan • SPV incorporated on June 17, 2026 and has not commenced operations • Acquisition expected to be completed within two months of the Share Purchase Agreement
