• Received conditional restart directions dated October 16, 2026 from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) • Permits resumption of industrial operations at Plot No. B-14, MIDC, Mahad, Raigad, excluding manufacture of Tetra Butyl Urea (TBU) • Mahad facility operations were temporarily suspended from August 15, 2026 following a gas leakage incident • No fresh aberrations or non-compliances identified; earlier suspension directions revoked subject to compliance with MPCB conditions • Company has submitted a bank guarantee of ₹4 L to MPCB's Raigad regional office within 15 days of receipt of the directions • Company does not envisage any material adverse financial or operational impact; all other manufacturing units remain operational
