QPOWER : OPENS PCS MANUFACTURING FACILITY AT NIGDE, TURKIYE

• Subsidiary Endoks Energy Systems commenced manufacturing operations at the new Power Conversion Systems (PCS) facility on 16 October 2026 • Facility is dedicated to power electronic converters and inverters for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and other grid-connected applications • Marks the group's expansion into power electronics and energy storage, complementing its high-voltage equipment and power quality portfolio • Strengthens manufacturing and system integration capabilities and supports execution of the international BESS order book • Aims to address growing requirements for grid flexibility, renewable energy integration and energy storage infrastructure • Production to progressively ramp up in line with operational plans and customer delivery schedules
