• Joint Venture Company named MOIL MPSMCL Mining Limited, incorporated with Madhya Pradesh State Mining Corporation Limited (MPSMCL) • MOIL holds 51% and MPSMCL 49% of the JV company • JVC issued 1,02,000 equity shares of ₹10 each on 01.08.2026, consideration in cash • Business object is mining of manganese ore, in MOIL's main line of business • Acquisition already approved by DIPAM and Ministry of Steel • State Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, a promoter of MOIL, is also promoter of MPSMCL, making it a related party transaction
