• Wholly owned subsidiary Master Capital Services commenced clearing & settlement services as a clearing member effective 15 October 2026 • Services cover trades executed in the Futures and Options segment of NSE and BSE through a Custodian Participant (CP) Code • Single collateral pool lets clients deposit funds or pledge securities and trade with multiple trading members on the same CP Code • Positions across trading members can be consolidated for margin calculation, lowering margin requirements, and positions can be squared off through another member • Master Trust FY26 consolidated total income ₹575.85 Cr, Ebitda ₹236.17 Cr, net profit ₹126.09 Cr
