• Board approved issue of equity shares of face value Re 1 each for an amount not exceeding ₹160 Cr via rights issue • Issue to eligible shareholders as on record date, to be notified subsequently • Draft Letter of Offer approved; issue price, rights entitlement ratio, record date and payment terms yet to be decided • Ms. Muskan Manucha appointed Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. October 18, 2026 Impact: Neutral (Pro-rata rights raise of up to ₹160 Cr; dilution quantum depends on issue price and entitlement ratio not yet fixed)
