NESTLE IND; NESTLE INDIA: FSSAI ISSUES NOTICE OVER NON-COMPLIANT NESCAFÉ READY-TO-DRINK PRODUCTS 🔴
• Notice issued to Nestlé India and manufacturers Schreiber Dynamix Dairies and Lotus Dairy Products. • FSSAI flagged inconsistent product labelling across the Nescafé ready-to-drink range. • Packaging described products as “Flavoured Milk” while also declaring them “Proprietary Food – Dairy Based Drink.” • E-commerce descriptions and advertising claims were also found inconsistent with product declarations.
