• Board approved incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in India • Proposed entity named Karamtara Defence & Aerospace Limited or such other name as approved • To undertake defence, aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, technology development, R&D and allied activities • Company along with nominee to subscribe 100% share capital in cash at face value of ₹10 per share • No governmental/regulatory approval required except approval of competent authority, if required
