• Total tonnage managed up ~0.8% YoY to ~1.28 million tonnes despite heavy monsoon and PCMC WtE suspension • Collection and transportation volumes up ~11.5% YoY to ~0.60 million tonnes on Mumbai BMC ramp-up and higher Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Noida volumes • Processing volumes down ~7.2% YoY at ~0.68 million tonnes; excluding PCMC WtE, processing up ~3.3% YoY on ~70% jump in Mumbai C&D volumes • Core revenue ~1% lower YoY on absence of PCMC power sales, offset by ~12% YoY C&T revenue growth; ex-power sales core revenue up ~2% YoY • PCMC WtE facility expected functional by December 2026; MRF and composting operations resumed, processing ~33,600 tonnes in the quarter • RDF sold up ~23% YoY to ~49,000 tonnes; no power generated versus ~14.0 million units a year ago Impact: Neutral (Volume growth in C&T offset by lost WtE power sales, with earnings recovery hinging on the December restart timeline)
