• Company executed Master Service Agreements to provide corporate guarantee on behalf of Quintype Solutions LLC (QT Solutions) • Guarantees cover two separate MSAs by QT Solutions with INN Partners LLC d/b/a BLOX Digital and Lee Enterprises Incorporated • Maximum guarantee obligation capped at USD 2.5 million per arrangement; aggregate maximum exposure USD 5 million • Quint Digital holds 10% equity interest in QT Solutions through wholly owned subsidiary Global Media Technologies Inc. • Guarantees become operative only upon execution of relevant guarantee annexures; no immediate cash outflow, no material financial impact expected
