• CENOBAMATE: First Indian company to receive DCGI approval to manufacture and market Cenobamate API and tablets in six strengths. • COMMERCIAL LAUNCH: Cenobamate tablets launched in September 2026 through 8 marketing partners. • CREDIT RATING UPGRADE: India Ratings upgraded long-term rating to IND A/Stable from IND A-/Stable. • BRAZIL EXPANSION: ANVISA GMP certification process underway; 17 products identified for regulatory submission. • EUROPE: 12 CEP filings completed; 8 approved and 4 under review. • SOUTH KOREA: 2 additional KDMF approvals secured, taking total registrations to 17. • EGYPT: 3 products registered, with plans to add 10 more.
