DODLA : CLARIFIES ON FSSAI PROSECUTION MATTER, SAYS NO FINANCIAL IMPACT

• Clarification follows FSSAI social media post dated 17 October 2026 and media reports of legal proceedings for prosecution against the company, among others • A 500 ml sample of Full Cream Milk was drawn on 09 January 2026 at the Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul, Tamil Nadu facility; best-before date marked was 12 January 2026 • Primary laboratory report dated 20 January 2026 classified the sample as substandard on one parameter, milk fat, with detergents and neutralizers recorded as absent • Referral laboratory National Food Laboratory, Navi Mumbai, report dated 20 March 2026 opined the sample unsafe and substandard, citing qualitative presence of detergent/caustic soda • Referral lab received the sample on 09 March 2026 and analysed it between 10 and 16 March 2026, about two months past the best-before date • Company filed a representation with FSSAI on 24 April 2026 and has received no formal order of prosecution, sanction or communication since • Company states there is no financial or operational impact at this point of time
