Collections: At INR18.9bn (+40% y-y) Annuity: 2QFY27 rental revenue increased ~17%% y-y to INR3.38bn, driven by ramp up of rentals from Sky City mall (+42% y-y). Hospitality: Operating revenue was up 2% y-y to INR0.45bn, while EBITDA declined 6%% y-y to INR0.17bn. EBITDA margin fell by 300bp.
