• RECORD EXPORTS: Highest-ever quarterly export sales of ₹216.4 crore, UP 33.8% YoY. • SAUDI ARABIA EXPANSION: Board approved land leasing through its wholly owned subsidiary to establish a greenfield manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. • PHARMA BUSINESS: Successfully completed Stage 1 EXCiPACT audit. • SPECIALTY CHEMICALS: Expanding preservative and mild surfactant product portfolio. • CAPACITY EXPANSION: Commissioned one of India's largest ethylene oxide (EO) storage facilities at its Unitop site. • TEXTILE CHEMICALS: Expanded into Peru and Indonesia, with new products for yarn lubricants, FDY spin-finish and denim processing. • ANIMAL NUTRITION: Introduced disinfectants, poultry-feed emulsifiers, liquid enzymes for exports and biosurfactant-based poultry gut-health products. • AGRO BUSINESS: Demand remained sluggish due to El Niño-related conditions.
