ACMESOLAR : SIGNS PPA FOR 300 MW / 1,200 MWH SECI FDRE PROJECT
• PPA signed by subsidiary ACME Greentech Twenty Pvt Ltd with SECI for 300 MW / 1,200 MWh assured peak supply under FDRE-IX tranche • Tariff at INR 6 per unit, with effective date of October 06, 2026 • Project to supply 4 MWh per MW of contracted capacity for any four hours daily during non-solar hours, with minimum 90% monthly availability • Integrates solar and battery energy storage (BESS) technologies and uses existing night-time connectivity • Under-construction PPA signed contracted portfolio now at 4,310 MW out of total under-construction contracted capacity of 5,380 MW • Total contracted portfolio 8,370 MW; operational capacity ~3,123 MW with 4.96 GWh BESS
