ABDL : COMMENCES MORADABAD BOTTLING FACILITY; UP INVESTMENT WORTH OVER RS 70 CR

• Commercial operations started at Moradabad bottling facility in Uttar Pradesh with initial capacity of 6 million cases per annum • Facility forms part of assets acquired in January 2026 for ~₹70 Cr and was subsequently upgraded with ~₹40 Cr investment • Commissioning expected to improve service efficiency and deliver cost benefits via higher in-house bottling and savings on franchise fees • Company has announced investment of over ₹600 Cr in Uttar Pradesh, including the Moradabad unit and an integrated dual-mode distillery plus additional bottling capacity • Backward integration expected to give greater value-chain control, supply-chain agility and support captive ENA capacity
