BRIGHT OUTDOOR H1 FY27 : NET PROFIT UP 9.45% AT ₹11.03 CR (YOY). MIX (ON 1ST LOOK)

Total income up 13.49% at ₹71.85 Cr (YOY). EBITDA up 6.57% at ₹15.96 Cr (YOY); growth lagged total income. Net profit up 9.45% at ₹11.03 Cr (YOY). Growth supported by new sites and steady bookings across digital LED network, with Events and Bright 360° contributing. H1 seasonally softer due to monsoon; larger share of festive season expected in H2 FY27. Board approved BSE Main Board migration and NSE listing on June 12, 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. Final dividend of ₹0.50 per share (5%) for FY26 approved at the 21st AGM.
