IMAGICAA : TO SELL NOVOTEL IMAGICAA TO JUNIPER FOR RS 248 CR

• Board approved sale of Novotel Imagicaa to Juniper Hotels Ltd (JHL) for a lumpsum consideration of ₹248 Cr; binding MoU executed in first week of October 2026 • Q2 FY27 consolidated footfalls at 2.1 lakh v 2.25 lakh (YOY), down 6%, due to heavy rains in July and August 2026 in key catchments • 2.35 Cr convertible warrants allotted at ₹73.50/warrant; balance 75% subscription amount of ₹129.45 Cr received, fully converted into equity shares with no warrants outstanding • Acquired 50% stake in Mehsana Next Parks Pvt Ltd, the SPV owning and operating Shanku's Water Park in Mehsana between Ahmedabad and Gift City • First Hello Park to launch in Q3 FY27 at Lakeshore Mall, Hyderabad, through wholly owned subsidiary Imagicaa Next Pvt Ltd
