• Shilpa Kedia appointed Chief Financial Officer & Group Chief Financial Officer effective October 19, 2026 • Appointment follows resignation of Ashwath Bhat as CFO & Group CFO • She joins from Johnson & Johnson, where she was CFO of its India Medical Devices & Technology business • Spent four years at Hindustan Unilever, including Head of Investor Relations and Head of M&A, Treasury & Insurance • Will lead global finance, direct capital toward AI research, platforms and products, and build value-based commercial model • Reg 30 disclosure authorisation framework revised; Kedia and Company Secretary Somya Agarwal are the authorised KMPs
