ULTRATECH CEMENT Q2 FY27 ; REGIONAL CEMENT DEMAND TRENDS
• NORTH 🟢: Strong infrastructure demand, supported by Delhi–Amritsar and Mumbai–Delhi Expressway projects. Commercial, housing and rural demand also grew. • CENTRAL 🟢: Infrastructure demand increased, driven by road, airport, metro and thermal power projects. Housing and rural demand remained strong. • EAST 🔴: Infrastructure demand remained weak due to delayed fund flows, floods in Bihar and Assam, and a cyclone in Odisha. Commercial, housing and rural demand remained broadly stable. • WEST 🟢: Strong infrastructure demand from Mumbai Metro, expressways, wind turbine projects and solar parks. Commercial, housing and rural demand also increased. • SOUTH 🟡: Infrastructure demand remained subdued due to slower project execution and aggregate supply disruptions. Commercial, housing and rural demand registered growth.
