KWALITY PHARMA : ACQUIRES 4 ACRES LAND FOR AMRITSAR MANUFACTURING EXPANSION

• Acquires 4 acres adjacent to its existing manufacturing facility at Amritsar, Punjab, to support its next growth phase • Plans a fully automated facility with 4 injectable lines plus 6+ lines for tablets, capsules, ophthalmic and other oral solid dosage forms • Facility to be designed with due consideration to applicable EU GMP requirements, including Annex 1 wherever relevant • Expansion aimed at meeting demand for existing and upcoming products, creating capacity for future launches and bioequivalence-led opportunities • Project targeted for completion by Q4 FY2028, with full operations expected by Q2 FY2029
